The doctors at this centre are ver capable and some of the best GPS on the Southside, I definitely get my issues resolved, diagnosed and treated properly with care. Could not recommend it more for a long term GP centre! - Nirvana Salama Added April 30, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★The best!
Now that I have young children, I appreciate how they always make time for us when the kids are acutely unwell. It's so hard to book in with doctors at the last minute at other practices, even ones that don't bulk bill, which this practice does.

The staff is all very professional, and exceptionally caring. It's always a roll of the dice when visiting a new doctor, but am really glad to have them in my neighborhood.

I have been to many clinics but have never been treated the way I was treated today. Doctors such as Dr Ghina Al-Sarraf should know that patients already suffering from stress and pain, and they are not the unwanted guests that she treats with careless and unprofessionally.
She should also learn a new skill which is time management, especially not booking appointments for patients during her lunchtime.
Today, I had to wait so long for my appointment and the result was a "dr" with zero professionalism. Therefore, for whom it may concern rethink twice before booking appointments with "DR. GHINA AL-SARRAF.
