- Newbiie Yang Added March 28, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Balayage-1st session was fine. 2nd session was a different lady who gave me a badly blended balayage. 3rd session was to fix it due to lack of time, and I ended up deciding not to get balayage because I felt like they weren't skilled enough to achieve it . Don't recommend getting a balayage here. For anything else then probably will be good. The staff was really nice and the hair stylist was great at tending to what I wanted. The downfall would be lack of technique.

- SJ B Added March 08, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I had mostly pleasant experiences here until recently when I felt like I was being mocked and made to feel quite uncomfortable for hours while getting my hair done. It was the first time I had the confidence to try something so different but it will be the last time I will come back unfortunately. What I ended up with is not what I believe I asked for.
While I think the staff member was trying to be confident and bright, she came across harsh and condescending towards other staff members and myself and I was too defeated and upset at the time to say how much I disliked what had been done. - Tyson Treih Added March 06, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Had Sarah wax my eyebrows every time.
