  Very Very Very Poor customer service. Had an application in for a property and Jo McKinnon couldn't even call me back when I phoned and left messages. I sent an sms then 2 hrs later receive an email we were unsuccessful. I'd think twice before listing a property here if that's how a future tenants are treated. As an owner having properties myself rented out in the past I can only imagine how they look after a listing. All too easy at the moment not to give good customer service with so many people looking to rent.

  Very͏ friendly, fair and easy to deal with
  Bala͏ was great to deal with, always available, very fair and transparent in his dealing and negotiations, looked after seller's interest, but being fair to the buyer. Presented the property very well and communicated very well between the seller and buyer. 5 star experience overall.
