  I absolutely adore Anna from Ella&Jade! I travel 6 hours just to have her work her magic on my fragile/stubborn hair.
  
  I always leave feeling happy, relaxed and with a huge boost to my confidence. She truly cares, listens to your needs, and suggests new things without being pushy.
  
  No one will curl your hair better than this beauty. I would go to her for her kind and patient personality alone, but she also has epic talent.
  
  I chose Anna any day!

  I Had my first appointment today, I am over the moon with the end result, Elisa is such a nice person and knows her stuff, I was a but nervous going to a salon for the first time but Elisa made me feel very comfortable and before I knew it my nerves had disappeared

  Good gf of mine went here… TWICE! And not because it was good but because they messed up both times! She asked for a simple recolour from brunette to ginger but they added highlights?? And the shade of red was incorrect and patchy as hell. So they offered a “touch up” to fix it. One star because they managed to get her hair in one solid colour in the end. But still the wrong shade of red. Another star for not asking her to pay twice.

  Sammy did an awesome job on my colour refresh!! My hair often turns an orangey colour after a few weeks but I noticed this didn't happen after going to Ella&Jade. Even the the wash itself was lovely. Thanks again!!

  I'm very happy with my pampering I had, New hair cut & style by Anna Stasia, I have already rebooked. Absolutely impressed that you cater for wheelchairs too, even though mine is temporary, I'm grateful you cater for wheelchair access there. Very much appreciated. Can highly recommend your salon without any doubts. Thank you keep up the great work everyone, love the music too.

  I read so many positive feedbacks and decided to make an appointment to support my local hairdresser. My stylist was more interested in selling products than listening to my requirements. I spent 470 on half head foils trim and a blow dry . Came home crying as my hair had gone brassy, hair ends were burnt , gray roots were not covered. I ended up spending another 100 elsewhere to get the mess fixed. Stay away from this place if u r planning to get ur hair done to attend a special occasion. Most staff members r very friendly but this salon is quite expensive and their work is NOT that great!!

  I really appreciate the culture at Ella & Jade. Their commitment to quality and service is exceptional with every visit. It's fortunate that I live nearby, but if I were to suddenly live an hour away, I would still travel here every month for William's cuts. I think I've been a customer here for at least 2 years.
